YUPO PAPER - Product review
I’ve been experimenting with some new Synthetic papers. I received this product from @harish (check out his Instagram account), who is a distributor of YUPO Paper in India.
YUPO is widely used globally in art field, imported from Japan. These papers are Tree-Free, Tear Resistant, Long shelf life, Water Proof, Dust Proof, Anti-termite, Oil & chemical Resistant and Acid Free. It is a good Synthetic Paper available in different sizes and best suitable for Alcohol ink, Watercolors, Charcoal & Fountain inks.
I was pleasantly surprised by the texture. It felt smooth, allowed me to come up different watercolor patterns.
I used Camlin watercolors and Camlin fountain ink and the results were amazing. But the paper is not convenient with pencil colors.
Price is reasonable and these papers are available on Amazon too.
Overall its a good product and I recommend this wholeheartedly. Try one, there's way too many good uses for it.
