Ayush Paper- Product review

Ayush Paper is an art supplies manufacturing company that makes a lot of paper products.

Ayush paper company was started by an 18 year old Ayush Surana in Mumbai. I had a little bit conversation with Mr. Ayush about his business.

And he said,

"I dropped my college while I was in 2nd year of Agriculture. Then I moved to Delhi for a job and came back from there within 2 years. My business turnover was around 30-40k per month but somehow I had to increase it to 1 lakh per month. I remember my sister giving me an idea of starting a business of handmade sketch books, my sister is an Artist as well. So from there I started selling handmade sketch books and kept on getting varieties in it. We started the journey with getting 100 books, 100 organizers, 100 notes, 100 travel and 100 hisaab kitab.

This is my first travel book.

I started marketing in Mumbai at various retails stores. But all I received was just 6-8 orders. Then I thought of getting new designs into the market. After a certain time, our illustrated covers got hold in the market. I started supplying various stores at Crawford market and started marketing at Pune, Coimbatore, and Chennai to get online orders. Over time things went well and now I'm planning to come up with paper bags and boxes to our range."

Review:-

I've used their 140 GSM papers before and the quality was good.

The hardcover is beautiful rough textured and is made of 100% handmade paper.

I received this 140 GSM hardcover book in Eco-friendly opaque packing.

On the back was a sticker promoting that Eco-friendly environment.

The field test:-

For the field test I did a watercolor illustration to understand water absorbing capacity of the paper. I was trying to charge in some colors while the wash was still wet. And I painted several layers.

The results were amazing.
